imli ki chutney Recipe
Ingredients
Imli (Tamarind) ¼ CupKokum (Garcinia indica) half of Imli
Gud (Jaggery) ¼ Cup
How to make imli ki chutney
- Wash Imli and Kokum,- Soak in 2-3 Tbsp of water,
- Let it sit for half an hour,
- In a mixing jar add imli & kokum along with soaked water,
- Add Gud (Jaggery)
- Blend till the Chutney/Sauce has achieved smooth texture, might take (2-3 mins depending on the mixture grinder)
- Transfer Imli & Kokum Chutney/ Sauce in a serving bowl,
- Enjoy it with any Snacks.
